Policies & Procedures
Once we have received payment and confirmed dates, there will be a $35 rescheduling fee for any conflicts that you have with your schedule. If you need to reschedule your lesson, please do so with at least 48 hours notice. If you are sick or seeking medical treatment, please be in contact with us as we will accommodate without fees. Last minute cancelations (day of) will forfeit your lesson without refund. The only exceptions to this policy are a documented medical emergency. Thank you!
